Because hats are handmade and often customized, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me before returning any item.

Yes. You can request small custom changes such as a ribbon color change, a simple burned word, or a small engraving. These requests must be written in the “Customization” box on the product page.

Production time usually takes 14-16 business days, depending on workload and customization.
